Overview
RT Notify is Radpro’s patient communication software for radiotherapy departments. It is designed to help authorized staff organize communication around patient schedules, machine-related changes and department updates.
Patient grouping by the relevant workflow, machine or treating team helps staff direct a message to the intended recipients. The communication approach focuses on WhatsApp notifications, using the hospital’s configured messaging setup and approved communication process.
RT Notify gives reception and treatment teams a structured way to manage notification work and follow message status where delivery information is available. It is offered as a separate application within the Radpro RT software portfolio; it does not require integrating with Radpro TLD.
