Data Deletion Instructions
Use these instructions to request deletion of personal information controlled directly by RadPro Technologies.
Effective date: 2 September 2026
1. Before submitting a request
RadPro software may be deployed within a hospital or healthcare organization. Data stored and controlled by that organization should normally be requested from the organization directly. RadPro Technologies cannot delete customer-controlled hospital records unless we are authorized and technically able to do so under the applicable service arrangement.
2. Request deletion from RadPro Technologies
To request deletion of information controlled directly by RadPro Technologies, send an email to info@radpro.in with the subject:
Data Deletion Request
Include:
• your name;
• organization/hospital name, if applicable;
• contact email or mobile number associated with the service;
• the RadPro product or service involved;
• a brief description of the data you want deleted.
Do not send unnecessary medical records, passwords or confidential clinical documents by email.
3. Identity and authorization verification
We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity, authority or the relationship to the relevant account before processing a deletion request. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s or organization’s data.
4. What happens after a valid request
Where RadPro Technologies is the controller of the requested data and deletion is legally and operationally permitted, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable period and confirm completion or explain any limitation.
5. Information that may need to be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, financial/accounting records, contractual rights, audit evidence, dispute resolution or other legitimate requirements. Retained information will remain subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. WhatsApp communications
If you no longer wish to receive RT Notify WhatsApp messages, you may also contact the healthcare organization that sends the messages and request withdrawal of WhatsApp communication consent. The healthcare organization is responsible for managing its own patient consent records.
