3. RT Notify and WhatsApp communications
RadPro RT Notify can help an authorized healthcare organization send approved operational or treatment-related notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are initiated by the healthcare organization and are subject to the organization’s patient-consent and communication policies.
For WhatsApp delivery, required message information is transmitted to Meta Platforms/WhatsApp through their business messaging infrastructure. RadPro Technologies does not sell patient or customer data to advertisers.
4. Purpose of processing
Information is processed only for legitimate product and service purposes such as providing software functionality, delivering requested notifications, managing user access, maintaining audit/security records, supporting customers, troubleshooting, service administration and complying with applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Hospitals and healthcare organizations using RadPro software remain responsible for entering accurate information, obtaining any consent required for patient communication, defining appropriate users and permissions, and determining which notifications are appropriate to send.
6. Data minimization and message content
RT Notify is designed to use controlled, approved message templates for external WhatsApp communication. Healthcare organizations should avoid including unnecessary sensitive clinical information in messages.
7. Data storage and security
RadPro Technologies applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the deployed product architecture. Depending on the product, operational data may be stored within the customer environment and limited service configuration or communication data may be processed by authorized external service providers required to provide the requested functionality.
8. Service providers
We may use service providers necessary for website hosting, infrastructure, business communication, security, support or related operational services. Where WhatsApp messaging is used, Meta/WhatsApp processes message-delivery information under its own terms and policies.
9. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, customer agreement, security/audit requirements, legal obligations or legitimate operational needs. Customers may have separate retention requirements for data stored in their own environment.
